Smart News v1.1 beta
Hi all,
To make sure the planned version 1.1 of Smart News is as stable as possible, we've decided to make the beta build publicly available. So, if you own an iPod touch or iPhone with iPhone OS 3.0 or higher, install it and check it out!
If you've already tested Smart News once, you can just unzip the attached SmartNews_v1.1b6.zip and follow the instructions inside. If this is your first time testing a Smart News release, be so kind to send your iPhone UDID (which you can find in iTunes) to me (jbi@woodwing.com) and I'll make sure you are able to test this (and future) release(s).
For those of you without an iPhone or iPod touch, I've attached some pretty screenshots to brighten up your day!
P.S: release notes are inside. If you experience any problems, let me know.

Note: although the beta version (.zip file in first post) has the same build number, the iTunes version is a newer version; the beta should not be used anymore.
Actually, the update from the app store has version 1.1.08 (where the last number is the build).
You should only install updates directly from the app store, the zip file was for beta testing only.
I'd like to thank everybody for their testing and (offline) input. As of today, Smart News v1.1 has been approved by Apple. They approved it in record speed, very unlike Apple, but then again; the application is pretty solid ;-)
The update should be available within 48 hours, be sure to install it! If you haven't installed Smart News yet, I encourage you to do so. Not only is it a great app, it is also a great resource for all your WoodWing related news.
Also, I'd like to know if iPod touch / OS 3.0 / older generation device users are able to install the app without problems. Again, your input is appreciated.
