We are proud to announce the release of Smart Catalog CS4. It is available for download on woodwing.com now.

The Smart Catalog CS4 installer includes Smart Catalog CS4, Smart Catalog Pro CS4, and Smart Catalog Enterprise CS4. Please make sure to install the version that matches your WoodWing license.

Smart Catalog CS4 includes the following new features:

• Compatible with InDesign CS4, InDesign CS4 Server and InCopy CS4
• Smart Catalog Enterprise CS4 integrates with Enterprise Server. A new data source type allows you to connect to Enterprise Server and enables you to connect to any kind of structured data.
• Formatting Rules to filter and style the data from the data sources
• New Smart Catalog panel that displays all data (records) that is placed on a story or graphic frame
• The Record Set concept to place and update a group of records

Due to issues with the OS X installer, the Japanese version of the installer includes some English strings. We are trying to solve these issues as soon as possible. A new download will be offered on woodwing.com when these issues are resovled.
