Forum introduction

The WoodWing forum is a place for discussions. In order for these discussions to be constructive, we ask you to follow these two simple rules:

  • Be polite
  • Use your common sense

In case of abuse or misbehavior, WoodWing reserves the right to delete posts or eventually ban users.

What to expect from WoodWing

Forum threads can be used to exchange knowledge, and to discuss feature requests (FR) and possible bugs. WoodWing staff will actively participate in the forums to help the WoodWing community and to improve our products.

Note: the forum is not the place to create support tickets. If you want to submit a bug/FR, please use the regular support channel. Normally this will be your WoodWing Solution Partner; plugin endusers can email to support@woodwing.com or use the Support form on woodwing.com

WoodWing personnel will advice about existing bug/FR reports, and can assist to get reproducible scenarios and clear descriptions of bug/FR posts. When a forum thread leads to a valid bug/FR, WoodWing staff will create a regular support ticket that enters the normal support process.

For the forums, WoodWing does not offer a defined Service Level. Service Levels are only available for the regular support channel via WoodWing's Solution Partners. In other words: if you really need something from WoodWing quick, you should use the regular support channel.

Thank you for your contribution!

The WoodWing Team.
