CCI, a provider of leading newsroom solutions, and WoodWing Software, a leading supplier of cross-media publishing solutions, today announced that CCI will offer WoodWing's iPad Reader App under an OEM agreement, as part of their solutions.

WoodWing announced today that Kompas, the largest daily newspaper in Indonesia, is using WoodWing´s Digital Magazine Tools to create and publish its digital issues for the iPad. Here's the full story.

WoodWing CS5 products and Grace Period for software purchases

Directly following the launch of Adobe CS5, WoodWing has announced the upcoming beta release of a number of plugins for CS5, including Smart Styles, Smart Layout, Smart Catalog and the Smart Connection plugins. Also a first CS5 beta of the Enterprise publishing system will be launched on the short term (expectation is May at the moment of writing).

For all CS5 compatible WoodWing products, the GRACE PERIOD starts April 12, 2010.
